People can call what they want, The War on Drugs, I am specifically referring to what Nixon started when he created the DEA.

I am sure anytime a cop arrests someone they feel they are part of the Drug War, so its all relative. Nixon first used the term and thats how I use it.\
Nixon wanted to stop personal drug use, and use the term "War on Drugs" and thus the term was coined... they werent yelling about mexican cocaine yet, it was "lets get rid of the evil negro marijuana and the spick grass" the war on drugs was started more about pot than any hard drugs facing america today.
