It seems to me that the only difference in the options are:
1. bailout for the rich
2. bailout for the poor
Neither sounds good. But to blame this all on Obama is to blame it all on Bush.
The only difference there is that Bush had a good long time to do something about it but didn't. Obama's had a month.
