Epoch has this option.
You would pay the same percentage if you accept an epassporte payment though your Epoch account. If you were accepting a P2P from someone you pay nothing to receive the funds. If you want to accept epassporte as a payment type (with a commercial account) there are ways to do that at no cost (no tran fee) to the buyer. You pay the fee.
