This issue is complicated , when you run a successfull online business you run into issues like trademarks, there are many "trademark sharks" that will take advantage of businesses who ignore things like "protecting your trademark" when twisty's originally filed for trademark , we did so because a "trademark shark" tried trademarking our site name sextube of sextube.com We did this to "protect our investment" , part of "protecting a trademark" is enforcing cases of infrignement, this simply cant be done on a case by case basis. in order to "protect your trademark" it is essential you don't selectively enforce the rules or you can jeopordize your trademark and risk losing it. While we at twisty's welcome the competition and would hate to see an innocent site with no ill intentions bear the brunt of our trademark enforcemnt , we cant risk losing our trademark to be "fair". We will try to work with hardsextube.com to come with a fair solution without risking our trademark.
