I thought i made it very clear in the first post that the pornotube application and sextube inc were/are not shap.
The question was if it was merely coincidence that shap decided to trademark "sextube" 1 week after a company using the name sextube filed for an application for "pornotube"

I dont know a whole lot about trademark laws or filing but im pretty sure that when you file you must first research the trademark, so it could be as simple as shap was planning on trademarking sextube , his trademark lawyer noticed someone by the name of sextube was attempting to reg names using sextube and informed him he better file right away to protect sextube.
Or it could be an insider/lawyer trying to gank shap out of the name, the dates just seem to coincidental , upon looking thru the dropbox the "other" sextube used as an addy i notice a few trademark lawyers also use that addy, my first guess would be this "other" sextube aka blue titan media is a shell company a trademark lawyer setup to scoop trademarks before they are filed.
like if i was a trademark lawyer who helps people file trademark , when a client came to me , i could say " sorry cant take your case" then secretly quickly file the trademark behind their back to hold hostage
