OK ... so I'd say:
Mexico - the parts where kidnappings and drug wars are going down
Guatemala/El Salvador - I hear Gangs own those countries and even charge taxes to local businesses
Israel - If you are not afraid of bombs/bullets and rockets then ur fine!
Iran/Irak/Afganistan/Pakistan - see Israel for references
Countries in central Africa - I heard someone describe it as "Sello do mondo" du no what he meant....
.... I know there are several countries I have to add but those are the ones I remember ....
