what about very rich, developed countries, like Singapore, with a very strict judicial system? They will execute you by hanging for drug traffiking (even a small amount of hard drugs).

I hear they have also severe fines for throwing away an empty can or some bubble gum on the street. Anyone know what happens, if you get in fight in a bar there, or so?
