The majority of our servers are considered unmanaged to semi-managed, however

Managed Services for Linux, FreeBSD, or Windows 2000 servers. Includes:
- Manual login once per week
o Check system resources (disk, CPU, memory)
o Check system log files for ?critical events?
o Check for the availability of new patches for the server?s OS and application servers
o Test restoration of backups if available
o Send a report to the customer
- Day-to-day systems administration
o We?re responsible for all aspects of the box.. new users, new content, installation of software etc
o CONTENT RELATED ISSUES ARE THE ONLY EXCLUDED ISSUE NOT COVERRED ? WE COVER OS and APP SERVERS
