Hard Sex Tube is different enough a judge would let him keep it. Sex is a pretty open word. If it was a problem we would all have to stop using anything with sex.com in it... Like hardsex.com or indiansex.com. Hard is a distinct classification of a sex act. Just sucks that you have to hire a lawyer to keep a website with almost no traffic.
