Buy tons of good URLs and use them to cloak your favorite cam site....Put them in forum signatures with cam-anchor-keywords. Also, in comment spam, gallery submission links, etc.

This way you are building your own SEO/pagerank juice and if/when you decide to experiment with different cam sponsors, you only need to switch out who you are cloaking.
