PR1 page links to you, gives you PR, you link to another PR1, it gives it PR, DOES NOT take away from your PR.
The only thing that link in the iframe does, is send PR that you didn't want to send, to them.

aside from the fact that its rediculous a sponsor puts a hard link in their iframe code - its blatant stealing - your pr does depend on the number of outgoing links also. If you got a page with 1000 incoming links and 5000 outgoing links your pr is way worse than if you got only 10 outgoing links on a page with 1000 icoming links. Its pretty damn logical....
