I think the site looks nice. As far as the traffic, You should create a section on your site (at the top left side) for link exchanges with other free sites. I noticed that you have alot of paysite links but no links trading with other free sites. You can also buy traffic from the traffic brokers out there but you should definately exchange links with other sites too.
