I just looked at the pics, I always do to see what is happening in this world and remind me of why we must keep up the fight to protect our innocent animal friends.
any person that could o that to a dog, letting the dogs body grow around a harness, is beyond deserving of any compassion.
At least ropes are still cheap, let em swing.
