I agree with you on seeing a specialist if they think it's asthma long term. I do not want to be taking more medicine then I need, however, I do need to get whatever this is handled so I can get back to working out.
I hurt my shoulder in the fall, early winter so I have not been able to work out for first couple of months because of that. Shoulder better, now dealing with this shit. Have put on some lbs since this madness. Gotta get back on normal routine. However, I can't if I am going to be short of breath all the time. Already tried to get back on tread mill a handful of times.

And I know just what you are talking about with a shoulder. Last year I hurt my shoulder (lifting some freaking bottled water from my trunk of all things - I felt like such a wimp) and it took me about 5 months and about 8 weeks or regular physical therapy before I was back to normal. . . You don't know how much you use your shoulder until it is hurt.
