For countries like France or Belgium, it is already too late. Not only is their population going down due to the low fertility (1.6 children per couple !!!) but their arab population is growing at an incredible speed (4.9 children per couple !!!), it is estimated by that the year 2050, France and Belgium will have an arab majority...
