I saw this on TV once...
Guy on tread mill, going relatively slow.
Girl arrives, gets on treadmill next to him, starts jogging, medium speed.
Guy looks over at her, turns up speed on his treadmill, then looks as if challenging her to go faster.
She turns hers up without looking at him.
He turns his up. Now he's running.
She turns hers up, still showing no sign of tiring.
He turns his up, last five seconds and flies off the back of the thing, crashing into the wall. Lays there unmoving.
Girl gets off treadmill, goes to check the guy to see if he's okay.
And voila, he's in. :D
