If you host in Canada you fall under Canadian law I think for the website part (depending where you are incorporated where your domain is registered.)
US based affiliates have are bound by US law, which is different.
So this is a conflict.
So my advise would be, in order to get the max. out of your US affiliates and reduce any risks, you should fully live up to the 2257 laws.

I have no problem having my stuff available but there are some girls I know would have a problem with it, friends, whom I'd like to shoot with. I can easily put them on the site and not in the content I give to affiliates but I'm not sure if that is okay or not.
