1) Jacking off releases soothng hormones. It's safe, it's effective, and it's cheap.
2) Melatonin (melotonin?). A soothing, fairly safe hormone you can get in health food stores.
3) Over the counter sleep aids contain the exact same active ingredient as Benedryl, which is usually cheaper, especially if you get the store brand clone.
By contrast, alcohol, while it will put you to sleep, usually results in fitful sleep unconducive to rest.
