I know my limits, and will not drive if I see double. That to me says IMPAIRED. Im just good with the reflexes and will own any sober mofo in almost anything.
Then theres the people that dont know their limits. These are the kind of drunk fuckers that get all loud and stupid and rowdy and shit when they are piss drunk - these are the fools that will drive anyway seeing double.

thats not good, but i admit there are those times where you are fucking stuck in some place that you really dont or cant be and you have to drive.
if im seeing double or have to hold one eye open to see straight then ya i'd rather sleep under a tree
