You never know.... could be real, could be fake. In the US, that would NOT happen in a hospital because they require other people present--even during "girl exams", by law---the have to have someone there. I however, highly doubt this man was having surgery performed on him with only one doctor present..... Fake, but a good job. Unless Japan lets ONE doctor be the Operating Physician, the assisting, and the Anastesiologist.
