People just don't care. Here in San Diego so many Mexican citizens got duped into a bad loan. Then when the bank was foreclosing on them they just tore the place up. They were stealing everything in the house including the kitchen sink. Some were even giving their kids the keys to the house to have a big house party and fuck the place up. It was getting so bad the banks were offering the homeowner $2,000 if they would just turn the keys in and not tear up the place. They want to blame everyone but themselves for not reading the fine print, very sad!
