Still had to close per judges orders while waiting (took nine months for them to drop it), had to undergo random piss testing with 12 hours notice during that time (despite a prescription), and was stuck with a legal bill from hell.
They used state cops to bust me, state funds to bring it federal, state investigators to sieze assets, and state troops to search and find evidence. Yet the state says its "legal", funny eh?
That same law also says the state was supposed to come up with a way to make it available to valid prescription holders, seen any yet?
