Need to stop bitting my nails.. suggestions
Done this as long as I can remember, hate the feeling of having longer nails i guess.. like having pieces of tape stuck on the end of them.. i have stopped for a few days.. but i know its only a matter of time before i do it without noticing.. i attempt many times to stop.
that nasty shit dont help, i bite it off and spit it..
