I've thought about doing the same thing many times, but knowing myself, I know I'd be frustrated when they weren't as motivated or intelligent as I'd want them to be --- plus training someone to understand the smoking fetish takes forever (it took two years for my outsourced employee to really "get it" in terms of exactly what I need) - and finding an apprentice who has the smoking fetish plus everything else that would be required would be like hitting the lottery (and I'd rather hit the lottery
