I have reached a level were doing everything myself is a drag to the company. I understand how to hire out on certain projects but that has a very big downside.
I am looking for an open minded hard worker who is fantastic at time management.

If you know basic html, how to build and fill in affiliate promo material, blog, use twitter, and basic video editing - along with a broad band connection. All are major pluses.

Biggest requirement is that you must be fluent in English, and have either icq, msn, aim, of gtalk.
