i just don't understand how people can be SO against it when we all know saddam has killed a countless number of people, and its the usa that is looked upon as the evil tyrant. like i said in a countless number of other threads, innocent people will die in a war... but its better that innocent people die in the name of a good cause for a better life, rather than people dieing from a dictator (close to a million).
What about this
1953: U.S. overthrows Prime Minister Mossadeq of Iran. U.S. installs Shah as dictator.

1954: U.S. overthrows democratically-elected President Arbenz of Guatemala. 200,000 civilians killed.

September 11, 1973: U.S. stages coup in Chile. Democratically elected president Salvador Allende assassinated. Dictator Augusto Pinochet installed. 5,000 Chileans murdered.

.............
There's a lot of "evil dictator tyran" everywhere....
Most of the anti-war knows that Sadam is evil etc... They're just wondering...why HIM in particular....
