You can and SHOULD eat vegies during induction...broccoli, salads, spinach, cauliflower.
Because of people talking about things they don't know about Atkins has gotten a terrible rap. -It's all eggs and sausage and bacon and steaks with pounds of butter- NOT TRUE!
I really wish people would actually take the time to investigate the Atkins lifestyle before spouting off about it.
