You are totally right, I tried Atkins a couple of yrs ago. Lost about 25lbs, then I lost my way , and gained it all back plus some.Got tired of eating the same type of shit.You are used to eating a certain way for your entire life, its hard to change all those habits in a matter of weeks. Like some one suggeted cut back on your intake, and yes get off your ass and walk, or do some other excersize.Extreme weight gain or loss, does not do your heart any good.
