The Atkins diet has been around since the 60's...long before the liquid fast diets became popular. Both diets are responsible for many gallbladder attacks. If you don't already have gallstones, then watch out! You soon will have them. Whether they develop into a severe GB problem is the unknown.

Sure, you can lose weight standing on your heard slurping cabbage juice, but do you really want to put your poor body through all the abuse. The answer is right before all of us, and we refuse to accept it. Eat a moderate balanced diet and get off your FAT ASS and exercise!

John Travolta is so proud of himself because he buffed up and got into shape for his latest movie. The guy goes up and down like that black singer. Very unhealthy. Travolta said he didn't change his diet, but he worked out every day, 2-3 hours. He looks like shit to me. He weighs too much. Because he is a man, he can bulk up and tone his muscles, believing that he is in shape. That's pure crap if you are taking in shit for food. He will gain back the weight. He will take it easy and stop exercising until his next movie. That is his choice.

We all have a choice. If you are in your 20's, you can take more chances. If you have extremely good genes, you may be able to continue to eat like a pig and live a long life. You may look like porky pig, but again...it's your choice.

Don't try to fool yourself that the Atkins is *the way*!!!! It is a dangerous diet if you stay on it for long. The statistics are against you. YOU WILL GAIN BACK THE WEIGHT.
