The short code is supposed to be on the service landing page as well as when receiving texts from the service. The background image where Aaliyah and the blonde with the tattoo are reading the text is overlapping with the T&C making it not legible. I believe the last time I did a mobile campaign, the aggregators required the terms & service above the fold on an 800x600 page which is what I'm trying it on. The link to Terms and Service is also hidden, the text is clickable to a link but not clearly a link. The candychat.com page is fine, its the link Roger posted which doesn't seem compliant.
