Cant really tell you much about clips4sale but I can certainly guide you thru anything at clipclinc.com , I recently got involved in a redesign and some new marketing and traffic angles here at AEBN so Im in a better position to help you out with that.
Im thinking those of us with paysites or an other agenda could certainly position themselves with ClipClinic either as an additional revenue stream or a crafty guy like yourself or Dragon King certainly can see that using a 15 minute clip priced at a buck could be a clever $1 trial on our bandwidth.
