What you could always do is inform Registry.in about the site in ? and mention that they have stolen Adult content of yours on their site.

As far as I know you cant develop .in names into explicit adult sites, thus their whole site/domain could be deleted/taken down by Registry.in

The fact that they have stolen content even makes it worse which increases the chance that the Registry will take action, for them its like pushing a button and poof the whole site is bye bye.

I dont know how much crap this would cause but it could get ugly...
