There is far more diversity between people of any ethnic group then between any ethnic group.
Also there is no genetic basis for race. Race is a social characteristic based on easily identified traits and moreover poorly defined. Differences arise due to environments, memes and culture. Arguments based solely on physical features are as superficial as studying Jupiter from Earth.
