That's a non-functional copy of the NetBilling cancel system originally written by Tanguy de Courson. Try it, it doesn't do anything. Jim gave a copy of it to our programmer at some point in 2007; he didn't bother changing the skin because we didn't use it.

Yeah yeah and nobody has anything to do with eachother. Nobody knows eachother and besides all the shared support pages, xsells, names, domains, employees, ex employees NONE of these companies have anything to do with eachother
