I'm on a Low carb high fat "diet"...

1. You are sick less?
No change. I haven't been sick in years so I can't say. Not even a cold this winter.

2. Your energy level is up?
Yes, a lot.

3. Your hair grows like a mother fucker?
No change.

4. Sleep better at night?
Yes.

5. Weight loss?
Yes. ~26 pounds or so.

6. Pinching a loaf like nobody's business?
WTF does this mean? Going to take a shit often? If so, I don't need to take a shit as often as I used to.
