That is option C - permanent septic system, but the soil is not very permeable so it might not work. Plus the county probably won't allow this anyway.

With regards to not being my friends fault, I agree to an extent but he sugar coated everything that he told me. Plus the sewage engineer told him he would be an idiot of he finished the house out there (after the foundation only was done) and never relayed any of this information to me. At that point, we could have both walked away and lost some money but nothing like we are out now.
