Hell the per minute part doesn't even matter.
What matters is what is the girl making per hour on average for the WEEK. Good days and bad days.
Second how big of a check does she bring home at the end of the week for amount of time put in. Yes those 2 are the same thing, but models always think differently.
BUT no matter how many times I preach this, a girl will always say, hey I found a com company that pays 80%, so they want to change, do all the paperwork, invest time to learn the new system, and she ends up making Less than the cam company she was currently on.
One thing also to keep in mind, different cam companys just like TGP's have different traffic, but in the end a cam girl is only looking for a Whale or 12, lol

I do not know of any sites that pay less than 30% and those that successfully pay 30%, and I only can recall one, have been around for years and have a lot of traffic. A new site offering 30% is going to fail unless they have some other way to bribe models to keep them on the site. You are right that new sites, with little to no traffic, are usually the ones offering the biggest percentage and most of the time they go nowhere.
