Hell the per minute part doesn't even matter.
What matters is what is the girl making per hour on average for the WEEK. Good days and bad days.
Second how big of a check does she bring home at the end of the week for amount of time put in. Yes those 2 are the same thing, but models always think differently.
BUT no matter how many times I preach this, a girl will always say, hey I found a com company that pays 80%, so they want to change, do all the paperwork, invest time to learn the new system, and she ends up making Less than the cam company she was currently on.
One thing also to keep in mind, different cam companys just like TGP's have different traffic, but in the end a cam girl is only looking for a Whale or 12, lol

LOL I get this a lot from my girls also. Webcams.com pays out 40% but I keep 10 and give my girls 30. Every once in awhile they will come to me with some small brand new camsite and say "well they pay 50%!" and I tell them "honey, 50% of nothing is nothing." I even tell them to try it out if they want, they always come back to my studio
The bottom line and most important thing is HOURS spent on their cam and their TOTAL at the end of the pay period.
