i dont preach to meat eaters, but you could try going full veg instead of eating chicken and fish.
I stopped eating red meat for 2 years and then realized as long as you still eat dairy, fish, and birds, youre not doing it the full way, so I cut out all flesh. And its been great.
i wont be in this thread arguing about vegetarianism, I simply offering my opinion on what has worked for me and my wife. I purchased numerous books regarding eating and health and have, over the course of 4 years, gone from daily meat eater to no meat.
anyway, posting this stuff is akin to saying "mac is better"
i really dont care to fight any of you about this, but, fact is, I am healthy, in shape, full of energy and dont weigh more than 160ish (even after Thanksgiving) and I wont argue with people who have eating problems trying to tell me vegetarians are bad, lol
