are u doing an "atkins" esque thing? set amount of carbs for a set amount of time complete with pounding migraines and a lack of energy?

I generally eat low carb (I eat a small bowl of cereal like special k or cheerios in the morning, one piece of fruit daily and only about one piece of whole wheat bread a day-that's what I eat daily in carbs) but I'm not on an official low carb diet that tells you to eat under this many carbs

but those programs USUALLY have a pretty good short term effect but in the long term everyone gains back...no one can keep it up


Why it's not working for you seems odd....
Questions:

What was your diet like before you started. What did you generally eat (no cheating) and about how many calories did you consume daily? What was your exercise program like?

What about now?
I got my diet tips from an ex-professional soccer player in glorious shape at the age of 40 and I don't mind helping if you have questions...
