What if it's not 10 years of experience working with different companies, but 10+_ years of experience working in the industry? Now you take someone with 10+ years of experience in the adult industry doing their own thing, learning a lot of things, having made many contact and is willing to work for you and give it everything that they have in order to help your company and themselves succeed. Who's to say that the people that you're avoiding are not the ones that would bring your company to a new and higher level?
I understand the whole thing about a person with 10 years of experience and has worked with 10 or more companies.. All short runs. In most cases it can be a bad thing to hire them, but you can't put everyone in that class. Hell, I have 11 years experience, but I have never been an affiliate rep/manager. The jobs that I did do I did not lose due to being a fuck up, but due to the work itself ending and causing everyone to lose their jobs. So, like me, there are many other people with that many years of experience, but never having bounced from company to company.
