does that really need an answer?
marriage is basically a contract that you are signing, that after your partner makes your life so miserable that you finally dump her, she gets half of everything you own, and maybe more after that
seeing how contracts tend to go when things go wrong (like read up on some people with hosting contracts that come back to haunt them years after), I think it is pretty smart to be very very careful of signing any kind of contract and making sure that it is really really worth it to you ( and realize that what you think is worth it to you today... your mind might change drastically in a year or two)
