One of the Federal Districts set precedence on obscenity before. I can't remember which it was nor could I find it when I looked awhile back. But scat, beastie, fisting, odd insertions, rape-faux rape, violen/t/ce and a couple of others were listed.

I don't think it went past that ruling but it gives them a leg to stand on. It will be interesting to see if that is brought in to this trial. It could be the beginning of how they deal with adult in general. Sooner or later the adult online business will be governed by laws one way or another.

Disclaimer for all the whiners and non-believers... Boo! It will happen. They never believed that cigarettes would have an age limit put on them either. Oops!
