Which is exactly like all the tv shows on the cable for 30 days.
timeshifting the show to a time outside that 30 day window is legal for the cable tv example
therefore it is legal for the membership site.
The key is what videos were you licienced a right to view DURING that 30 day window.
So can I go to your site, download everything and time shift them on my site and you will say nothing?

Please answer fast as if you say yes it will save me buying content.
It would also save everyone else buying content.
If you say no everyone will think you're a hypocrite.

I stopped reading after that first paragraph because your license is different for mine. Which is what makes all the difference.

Hang on I'm assuming you bought the content on your site. If not please tell us.

To all the people who think the Internet should be unregulated, just stop and imagine it for a moment. People like gideongallery given Carte Blanche to do as they please. Self regulation.
