Just reading about this made me crinch, W. Virginia does NOT have an obscenity law. So I was really surprised when I read that

I just don't get that you cannot send adult videos to certain states or even certain counties or zipcodes.. As an adult if I want to watch Porn on TV I can, but I cannot get it in the mail when ordering a video?
I bet netflix sends those horror and gore movies with dead people and horrific images to those zipcodes, but god behold if I should send a video with a girl getting it up the butt.
