Try not to be a complete tosser all your life.
A person becomes a 'criminal' once a jury in a court of law finds a defendant guilty as charged and a judge sets a sentence to be carried out.
Until then he has not been convicted of a charge and as such is not a 'criminal'.
You know nothing about the current situation so your 'opinion' is totally worthless.
