I got put on hold TWICE. Every other time it rang and then went dead
or went to voicemail. Im not an idiot.
The first time i got put on hold I was disconnected and then I called back and got put on hold and was sent to someone from sales for some reason and she just hung up and did not transfer me to reservations.....
not everyone has your magic touch ;)
