I understand what you mean, since I did not get an email I dont know how you sent it, whether it was via my online form or via an email.
I understand you dont have a copy if you used the form.
PA, i conduct business before board nonsense, I am simply trying to assist you here. What i meant was, it takes seconds to send me an email and get this done, its been over a week now? All im trying to do is be a good person and help remedy the situation. You claimed there was an error and i am just trying to be the businessman on my end and set things straight. I have no desire or time to do this on GFY. My business is business, not board content.
