Good read, and true as hell.

Also I have to interject IF that first letter (from the boss) is real, then shame on that fucking guy. As a small business owner who recently laid HIMSELF off, as well as willingly taken a substantial pay cut along with my partner so we didnt have to lay off two good guys with familys, I can't believe someone would be so ignorant as to blame their current problems on the cost of employing good people.

I'm in the position I'm in right now because of the fact that I understand my employees are the reason my company exists in the first place, and without them and the time that they have sacrificed to make my business a success i'd be working under the guise of some asshat like that guy. A major part of starting and becoming successful in ANY business is sacrifice, and it dosen't stop when you can finaly afford that new car.

I hope that that is not a real letter to someones employees. If it is, that guys going straight to fucking hell, IMO
