There is this thing call the "Interweb". Apple is very much an "Interweb" company and there are easy to find video tutorials for their products. On the "Interweb" you will also find these handy websites called "Search Engines." These "Search Engines" can be used to find pretty much anything you want.

I know you're an older gentleman and as such you are probably not very familiar with these sort of things but if you try going to google.com (one of those new fangled "Search Engine" things), you may be able to find some of those videos from Apple that will show you WTF you are doing.
